Perfect for our stroller
Our son has torticollis and a flat spot on the right side of his head. His physical therapist recommended elephant ears by name and said its the best for keeping his head from falling to the side. She recommended we use it whenever he is lying or seated with his head against a surface (ie: bouncer seat, pack n play, car seat, etc.) But NOT in his crib at night.
We have been using it for about a week now and his head hasn't worsened, and I think it looks a bit better already. It keeps him aligned nicely, and doesn't allow him to flop to either side especially in the car seat.
It's light weight, easy to take anywhere, fits nicely in his car seat, and most of all he loves it.
I really hope this helps us avoid a helmet, and his physical therapist says she thinks it will.
