What’s In Our Stroller Bag?

What’s In Our Stroller Bag?

29th Mar 2016

New moms tend to over-pack or under-pack. We’ve made a list of essentials for every mama’s diaper or stroller bags. You don’t want to leave home without these items!

1. LatchPal

If you’re a breastfeeding mom, LatchPal is a must-have! LatchPal is a chic breastfeeding clip that makes nursing on-the-go so much easier. It’s nice to free up some hands when you’re traveling. For that reason, LatchPal undoubtedly makes the list!

2. Baby Elephant Ears

This list wouldn’t be complete without our very own Baby Elephant Ears pillows. A baby crying hysterically in the stroller because his neck hurts is a quick reminder of the need for neck support in the stroller. You’ll be happy to have cute pair of these on deck at all times when you’re out and about.

3. PullyPalz

We adore these for the simple fact that a fallen binky is no longer an issue when you have Pully Palz. When you’re driving or shopping the last thing you want to do is worry about grabbing a fallen pacifier over and over again. Pully Palz solves this issue in a really neat way because not only is the paci within reach for baby, it entertains your baby endlessly too.

4. Tide To-Go

There will undoubtedly be accidents with infants. We couldn’t live without this one. Instead of lugging around a change of clothes every time you go to the grocery store, zap those stains with a Tide To-Go stick.

5. Wipes

Did we say accidents would happen? Because accidents will most definitely happen! Not just a full diaper but soiled surfaces and spills are inevitable. Sometimes traditional baby wipes leave a weird film on certain surfaces, so a gentle wipe for surfaces will save you a whole lot of trouble. You don’t want to miss this one.

6. Diapers

No matter how short the journey may seem, an extra diaper is ALWAYS necessary. Being stranded with a loaded diaper baby and no way out is just as rough as it sounds. Carry a minimum of 2 to be on the safe side!

7. Disposable Diaper Sacks

Smelly diapers are unpleasant for everyone. These bad boys will seal in the order and make disposing of them much easier. They release a powdery pleasant scent to mask any nasty orders.

We know we missed something. Help a mama out! Tell us on our Facebook page what are the things you absolutely cannot leave your house without when traveling.

Written by Alicia Overby - Founder & President of Baby Elephant Ears

Alicia is wife, mother, and creator of Baby Elephant Ears. Baby Elephant Ears was created out of parental concern, not financial desire. In 2005, when their second child was an infant, he cried all the time and just couldn't seem to get comfortable.

After seeking advice and suggestion from the medical community and alternative medicine, they eventually ended up in the chiropractors office where their baby was successfully treated for asubluxation, discomfort most likely the result of the strain during labor, which was now being exacerbated by the normal lack of infant neck strength. Only proper neck, head, and back alignment would offer him relief. When they couldn't find a product to give their baby the necessary support, Alicia took matters into her own hands and crafted her own infant support pillow. The first Baby Elephant Ears was born!
